What types of insurance plans do you work with?
We’ve made it a top priority for our office to be well-trained in handling insurance claims. so you don’t have to worry about the hassle. We are in-network providers for most vision and medical insurance plans. This includes, but is not limited to:

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
Medicare
Aetna
Humana
Tricare
United Health Care

What costs are involved in my exam?
How do I order contact lenses and glasses?
What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
When you come for any exam, please bring your photo ID, insurance cards, current glasses or contact lenses, and a list of all medications you are taking. If you are a new patient, you can save time by filling out the patient forms online here. No need to bring a copy with you, just submit it online and it will upload to your patient file.
I don’t wear glasses or contacts. Do I still need an exam?

Can I pay with my HSA?
Yes! Our products and services can typically be paid for out of your HSA. That’s great news that helps saves you money!
